Cork ARC celebrates the launch of our new look website and logo

With the help of our generous patron Simon Zebo, we are delighted to unveil our new brand which we feel reflects the services and support we provide to people with cancer and their families.

As part of our rebranding we have designed a new website which includes information on our support services, community events and also an interactive recipe blog which is an attempt to bring the joy and comfort of food back into the lives and families of those who have had a diagnosis of cancer.

The aim of our new brand is to increase visibility online and offline for those with a cancer diagnosis and their families. As we rely heavily on fundraising to maintain our voluntary services, we feel our new brand will also help us to remain competitive in the fundraising marketplace locally and nationally.

Hilary Sullivan, Head of Fundraising/Corporate Affairs says, “We wanted to ensure that our new brand is reflective of the people who visit Cork ARC, their honesty, strength, and inspiration as well as the energy and passion of those who volunteer so generously to support our work and the staff who make it all possible.”

Since our foundation in 2003, the services and scope of Cork ARC have expanded significantly. We are delighted to announce the expansion of our services to the west Cork area and Knocknaheeny, plus a support programme for men living with prostate cancer.

At Cork ARC all services are provided free of charge and include massage, stress management, yoga, meditation, reflexology and counselling, art therapy and information on general welfare and benefit entitlements.
