One to one art therapy sessions are now available at Cork ARC Cancer Support House in Bantry for the communities of West Cork and South Kerry.
In art therapy sessions at Cork ARC you can safely express and work through these sometimes difficult feelings in a facilitated, confidential and safe space. Art therapy can support those who may be struggling with challenging situations that they find hard to talk about. You don’t need to have previous experience in art to benefit from and enjoy art therapy.
Marika O’Sullivan is a qualified art therapist and will be facilitating this support service for our cancer support house in Bantry, offering gentle ways to explore and express thoughts or feelings during and after cancer.
