Keeping a healthy and well-balanced diet during and after cancer treatment can be challenging - for all the family.
Our West Cork Diet in Cancer Information Workshop is aimed at helping cancer patients and their families understand more about diet and nutrition during and after a cancer diagnosis. It will take place at the Ludgate Hub in Skibbereen, between 7-9pm on Wednesday 8th March. As with all of our services, this workshop is offered free of charge and will be presented by Registered Dietitian, Diarmuid Duggan.
As places are limited, booking is essential. To reserve your place, contact our cancer support team in West Cork on 027 53891 / 083 198 8580 or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.

Our West Cork centre offers the people of West Cork and South Kerry a place of support in a professional, confidential environment.
We are open on Tuesdays and Thursdays at our centre near Bantry. All of our services are available free of charge.
The drop in and telephone support service is the focus of the house, where all those affected by cancer are welcome to call without an appointment. Trained volunteer listeners are available to give you and your family support and information.
A meditative 'Hour of Calm' takes place every Tuesday from 11.00am - it's an open group where anybody affected by cancer can drop in for a little relaxation time.
We offer counselling, therapeutic massage and reflexology for cancer patients and their families. We also offer programmes such as Mindfulness as well as Information Workshops such as Diet in Cancer and Bereavement Information for our visitors.
Our online resources include a recipe blog, with many recipes suitable for patients during and after treatment.
