With centres in Cork City, West Cork, Cork city Northside, and with a new centre due to open in Youghal in May 2017, Cork ARC presents a wide ranging programme suitable for many of our visitors, whether cancer patients, family members or carers. Our main 'Hour of Calm' session takes place in Cork every Wednesday morning at 11.30am - just drop in, no booking is necessary
Cancer patients and their families are welcome to drop in to our weekly 'Hour of Calm' session at our West Cork centre.
John Douglas and Elaine Riche will facilitate our Bereavement Support Evening at our West Cork centre on Thursday 11th May - Booking is essential.

Workshop aimed at helping cancer patients and their families understand more about diet and nutrition during and after a cancer diagnosis.
Hormonal Therapies Information Workshop delivered by Margaret Burke BCN and Fiona Moriarty, Cork ARC's Breast Cancer Nurse Counsellor.
Our West Cork Mindfulness programme this Spring starts on Thursday 2nd March for six weeks.
Diet in Cancer Information Workshop delivered by Diarmuid Duggan, Registered Dietitian with the Bons Secours Hospital, Cork.
Support group for women who have completed their treatment for breast cancer, with Breast Cancer Nurse Counsellor Fiona Moriarty.
Facilitated by June Fitzgerald, our art therapy programme is used to encourage personal growth and increase self-understanding.
