As part of Cork ARC's support for cancer patients and their families, we offer a confidential, nurse led cancer support service in the local community on the north side of Cork city.
Cancer patients, their families and carers are welcome to drop in to our Friday morning service for confidential, one to one support with our Oncology nurse and our team of trained volunteers, between 10.00 am and 12.00 pm at the NICHE / HSE Building on Harbour View Road. All of our services are free of charge.
To help alleviate the stresses associated with cancer, we also welcome you to drop in to our open session called the 'Hour of Calm', for a guided meditation and relaxation between 10.00am - 11.00am.
All those affected by cancer are welcome to contact our Oncology nurse to find out about the wide range of supports available at Cork ARC Cancer Support House, including counselling, therapeutic massage, information evenings, and group programmes such as yoga, t'ai chi and mindfulness.
Whether you're living in Kerry Pike, Blarney, Cloghroe, Hollyhill, Farranree, Shandon, Sunday's Well, Blackpool, or indeed anywhere on the north side, you're very welcome to drop in to Cork ARC Cancer Support House's Friday morning service on Cork's north side.
