This workshop covers the challenges of diet when you or your loved one has cancer. It introduces you to the types of food that can be particularly helpful to you during and post-treatment. It also offers you a chance to ask questions and recommends websites and booklets that are evidence based.
We have also started a recipe blog which will help you to cook up some tasty recipes using a variety of whole foods to bring the joy back into your meals and help you with the common side effects of cancer treatments. e.g. metallic taste, hot flushes, hydration.
