The 14th Annual Aer Lingus Autumn Lunch in aid of Cork ARC Cancer Support House took place on Wednesday 25th October in the Maryborough Hotel & Spa, Cork.
Brown Thomas presented a stunning salon style fashion show for over 300 guests, with a tour de force of international style represented by Rixo London, Hobbs and Victoria Beckham. Cork ARC’s guests were treated to a champagne reception and a four course lunch with wine in the superb surroundings of the Maryborough, and received a decadent day cream courtesy of Yves Rocher France, and from Coole Swan, a taster bottle of Irish cream liqueur and a keepsake pen.
Past and present Aer Lingus cabin & ground crew are the driving force behind the success of the day. Speaking at the lunch, Hilary Sullivan, Head of Fundraising at Cork ARC Cancer Support House paid tribute to committee members Monica Barrett, Marguerite Guerin, Rachel Fitzgibbon, Deirdre Whelan, and retired committee member Dolores Niblock, thanking them for their dedication and personal commitment to the lunch over the last 14 years.
