Cork ARC thrives on the support and goodwill of all those who volunteer, visit, donate and advocate so passionately for our services
As we settle into 2016, we would like to take a moment to thank all of you who have supported Cork ARC. As we provide a wide range of supports free of charge for people whose lives have been affected by cancer, we rely on the generosity of our fellow citizens to provide the necessary funding for our work to continue. You have helped us improve and grow and reach out to news parts of our beautiful city and county.
We opened our West Cork centre in 2015
Visitors can phone for support or drop in to find a warm, welcoming place of support, and avail of calming group sessions and therapies
Our drop in morning at NICHE Knocknaheeny has grown
Visitors can drop in for practical support and information and join in with our relaxation / meditation sessions each Thursday morning
Some of our supporters donated funds anonymously to help us move forward in our endeavour to provide cancer support to those who have been affected by a cancer diagnosis – we wish to thank you most sincerely. We will use these funds directly to develop our services in Bantry and enhance our team by welcoming our new Community Cancer Support Co-ordinator.
