All of our groups are free of charge and focus on wellness through exercise and relaxation.
They are all led by experienced facilitators. Evidence shows that exercise has many benefits: it can reduce fatigue, improve physical fitness and considerably improve your feeling of wellness. Our T'ai Chi, Pilates and Yoga groups can help you with your exercise, all of which are adapted to your individual ability and pace.
Hour of Calm
This hour offers a quiet space led by an experienced meditation teacher, offering techniques of progressive relaxation, breath work, meditation, visualisation and compassionate kindness.
Our Hour of Calm is a drop-in group, and all those affected by cancer are welcome to join in, no appointment is necessary.

Our Yoga class can help you learn to relax through gentle breathing and exercise techniques.
Our Art Therapy class can help you express your feelings in a safe and gentle way using a range of art materials. No experience of art or drawing is necessary.
Our T'ai Chi class can help you with relaxation and stress management through gentle movement.
Our Mindfulness class is aimed at developing skills of awareness using the breath in the present moment to bring ease and peace of mind. The benefits are an increased ability to relax and cope with short term and long term stressors.
SECONDARY CANCER SUPPORT - MBSR
Our MBSR programme is designed for people living with a secondary diagnosis or living with a long term illness related to their diagnosis. The programme offers participants mindfulness practices that can be used in daily life to reduce stress and enhance wellbeing

Our Pilates class will help you regain flexibility and fitness after a breast cancer diagnosis.

Exercises to aid in the rehabilitation and recovery of men after a cancer diagnosis, supporting men in establishing their health and wellbeing after a cancer diagnosis through a series of mat based exercises.
