We are open each Tuesday and Thursday, and all of our services are free of charge. We offer a drop in and telephone support service, counselling, therapeutic massage and reflexology. We host an 'Hour of Calm' every Tuesday morning from 11.00 am, where anyone affected by cancer can participate in an hour of guided meditation and relaxation.
Our groups and information sessions include yoga, pilates for men, mindfulness, bereavement support information and diet in cancer information.
